Meet The Board
Richard Baker
Richard is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and also has experience in Project Management, working in the past for some of the nations largest contractors and consultancies. Richard is responsible for the commercial aspects of the business, such as tendering, procurement, cash flow and cost reporting. Richard also handles all financial aspects of the business.
Rhodri Meredith
Rhodri is a Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of experience in project management. Rhodri is directly responsible for overseeing key contracts within the business, including quality control, health and safety as well as programme management. Rhodri is also integral to our bidding processes by applying his technical experience to ensure our risks are properly considered at tender stage.
Martin Fox
Martin has over 20 years experience running large contracts as a subcontractor for major contractors nationwide. Martin is responsible for overseeing some of our contracts. Martin is also responsible for the vetting and procurement of our labour, plant and material resources here at Falcon. Martin is also responsible for the health and safety aspects of the business.
